Nada has 6 years experience in the fields of Project Management and Procurement.Prior to joining CapPharma in 2017, Nada has worked as the Head of Procurement Projects in EDC (Egyptian Drilling Company).Nada was responsible for Vendors Risk Management Projects with annual spend of USD 80mn, and also worked along with global Maersk Drilling offices (in Copenhagen, Aberdeen, Houston, Manila and Mumbai) on several projects aiming cost saving and improving profit during the oil crisis as well as process excellence projects to enhance various processes within the organisation. In addition to Procurement, Nada was in charge of developing and aligning the organisational and departmental objectives with the overall company strategy and the follow up of the score cards to ensure deliverables are met.
Nada holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law from Cairo University, and is a C-KPIPP from The KPI Institute in Australia, Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor from DNV Egypt, certified Project Manager from Maersk Training Denmark, certified Contract Management Professional from LMC UK and a PMP candidate.

Ahmed AbdelWahab has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector in Cairo, London and Kuwait
From January 2010 to January 2016, he served as CFO and CEO of Mantrac/Unatrac Group (Mansour Group). The Group has annual revenues of USD 3bn and includes 13 companies in Egypt, Russia, Africa, UAE and Iraq. He also served as a board member of several Mansour Group Companies as well as OTS Logistics Group in the USA
From 2008 to 2010, he was the Executive Chairman of the Egyptian Railway Projects and Transport Co . In the same period, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of Cairo Ferries Company and the National Trade Council / Ministry of Trade and Industry.
From 2002 to 2005, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Egypt, the country’s leading bank and one of the largest financial institutions in the Middle East.
From 1995 to 2000, he participated in the management of a number of Egyptian investment funds as the head of research and member of the investment committee at Concord International Investment Company (New York)
From 1990 to 1995, he served as an Executive Manager of the National Bank of Kuwait International (PLC) (London), in charge of the overall management of three branches in the UK. He also managed a 150-member staff and was a member of the International Credit Committee, overseeing lending activities at the Bank’s branches in Europe, the United States and Asia
From 1985 to 1990, he served as Regional Manager of Kuwait National Bank (Kuwait). He was responsible for the general management of 11 branches in Kuwait with a total headcount of 300 staff. He was also assigned to set up and manage the consumer finance division, put required policies and procedures as well as co-coordinating the electronic system support and delivery through retail branches.
From 1980 to 1985, he was the Chief Officer of the Credit and Marketing Division at Chase Bank (now CIB) and managed a team of five lending officers and two analysts with a total lending portfolio of about EGP 750mn
AbdelWahab holds a Bachelor of Economics in 1980 from the American University in Cairo

He managed several Financial Due Diligence assignments of Assets revaluation for the purpose of merge and selling, Western Union Egypt and kharafi group would be a part of his assignments. Adel was one of the official arbitrators assigned by International Commercial Arbitration Center in the settlement of the dispute of the famous case of OMAR AFFENDI EGYPT. Finally, he has a wide experience in tax field dealing with all tax authorities in Egypt and managing tax inspections according to the Egyptian laws and provision.

Prior joining Capstone Advisory Services in 2015, Soliman worked as an investment banker in the M&A department of Beltone Financial. Soliman advised to secure USD 40mn project financing for a leading real estate developer. Additionally, Soliman provided sell side advisory service for several companies in the real estate, F&B and education sector.
From 2005 to 2010, Soliman worked in the asset management company of CI-Capital. He managed several equity portfolios worth of USD 100mn in the portfolio management division. Additionally, Soliman pitched for new portfolios and successfully raised USD 14mn to the portfolio management division. Finally, he was a member of the investment committee in CI- asset management where he developed research coverage for the real estate sector in the MENA region.
Soliman also founded Solera LLC, a leading company in the solar energy market in Egypt. The company prime focus is on thermal and electricity generation in Egypt and Africa and currently has 10 employees. He also serves as a board member on the board of Solera LLC
Soliman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the American University of Cairo and holds a MBA from IE Business school Madrid. In addition to being a Certified Portfolio Manager, Soliman is a CFA level 2 candidate.

During his tenure, Hashem has notably lead the operational turnaround and restructuring of a regional waste management/engineering company; ultimately generating positive net profit margins for eight consecutive quarters
He also played a key role in raising and executing a USD 70mn fresh equity injection and USD 164mn senior debt facility from a consortium of development finance institutions and banks for the Kenya-Uganda railway concessionaire
Prior to joining Qalaa Holdings in 2011, Hashem as an investment banker at CI Capital, where he advised on and completed a number of transactions including the sale of local juice and dairy-maker ‘Enjoy’ to Qalaa Holdings in addition to the EGP 911mn capital increase for Housing and Development Bank via public offering
Active in the entrepreneurship space, Hashem is a partner and investor in a number of local startups in the F&B and retail space
Sabry holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Finance with high honors from Babson College in Boston, USA.

Hesham Hamza has over 18 years of experience in real estate and equity investments and fund management across the MENA region. Hesham is currently managing director of Capstone Advisory Services. He also serves on the board of El Badr for Investments and Commercial Spaces.
From 2010 to 2015, Hamza was managing the real estate investment portfolio of Baniyas Investment & Development Company (BIDC) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. His role as a director involved identifying prospective top tier tenants, negotiating long term lease contracts, and raising and restructuring debt financing for the different projects. In addition, he was managing BIDC’s portfolio of regional public equities.
From 2006 to 2009, Hamza was mandated to set up the regional fund management function for NAEEM Holding in the UAE. He launched and managed NAEEM’s flagship MENA equity fund, which significantly outperformed benchmark and peers under his management. As part of his mandate, he set up the buy-side research desk and was also guiding the research teams in Egypt and UAE with regards to strategies, coverage, and priorities. He was a member of the regional investment committee of NAEEM Holding.
From 2005 to 2006, Hamza was head of research at National Bank of Abu Dhabi where he set up the department and was heavily involved in the fund management process. He produced several notes on regional equities and economies in addition to the monthly newsletters of the equity funds. Hamza was a member of the investment committee of the asset management group.
Hesham started his career at Concord International Investments in Egypt as an equity analyst covering listed equities on the Egyptian Stock Exchange. During his eight year tenure there, he was promoted several times and his last role was serving as a corporate finance manager in Concord Corporate Finance & Securities.
In addition to being a CFA charterholder, Hesham holds an MA in Finance & Investment from the University of Exeter, UK and BA in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo.

Prior to joining Capstone, Helal was the Founding and Managing Partner of CI Capital Partners, a leading Egypt focused private equity investor and part of CI Capital, a leading fully fledged investment bank.
Prior to founding CI Capital Partners, Amr spent 7 years with The Abraaj Group, a leading global growth markets investor, as Managing Director and Country Head responsible for Egypt and was involved in the Abraaj Group’s activities in North Africa.
Prior to joining Abraaj, Amr was a senior member of EFG- Hermes investment banking, most recently as Director and investment banking committee member in Cairo and Dubai where he specialized in equity offerings and M&A/ restructurings where he advised on over USD 11bn worth of transactions.
Helal originated, lead and executed a number of high profile transactions throughout the MENA region including the IPO of Talaat Mustafa Group, the sale of the 2nd Saudi mobile license to Etisalat and the sale of Al-Ahram Beverages to Heineken International to name a few.
Amr is a graduate of the American University in Cairo with a BA where he majored in economics and minored in political science international relations

Hassan serves on the board of several closed-ended funds: Egycap Investments Ltd., Castle Property Company Ltd., Technology Development Fund, and Electrometer Electrical Company. Hassan is also a director of Capstone Corporate Ltd., El Badr for Investment & Commercial Spaces SAE, Iconic Capital Investments Ltd., and Boundary Investment Management Ltd. He also sits on the advisory board of Energy Cables Co. From 2006 to 2011 Hassan was chairman of Export Development Bank of Egypt and from 2004 to 2006 was managing director of Suez Canal Bank (Egypt). Hassan also served as the General Manager of Financial Institutions & Correspondent Banking Group Commercial International Bank (Egypt).
Over the years Hassan served on the board of several companies including The Arab Contractors (Osman Ahmed Osman & Co.), the Holding Company for Roads & Bridges, Misr for Central Clearing, The Egyptian Airports Company, Al Kahera Company for Ferries & Maritime Transport, Bank of Alexandria, Housing & Development Bank, Smart Village for Real Estate Investment, the Egyptian Insurance Supervisory Authority, General Organization for Exhibitions Affairs as well as trustee of 6th of October University. Other board seats included Midallic Electricity Company, Modern Packaging Products Co “Technopac”, International Real Estate Development Company and El Etehadeya for Real Estate Investment.
Hassan formerly served as chairman of several companies; Touristic Development Company (Sahel Hashish), Egyptian Company for Tourism & Services (Safir Hurgada), Egyptian Investment Holding Company, Philae Cruiser Company, Egyptian Tourism Development Co. (Oberoi Sahl Hashish), Water Treatment Activity Company, Commercial International Portfolio Management, Egyptian Group for Manufacturing Investment Co. (Ceramica Prima), Commercial International Life Insurance Company and International Investment Holding Co. for Water Treatment Activities.
Hassan holds a BSc degree in accounting from Faculty of Commerce, Ein Shams University.

Sherif Raafat has over forty years’ experience in finance and consulting services in Montreal, New York, London, Abu Dhabi and Cairo.
Raafat is currently chairman of Capstone Corporate Ltd., Capstone Advisory SAE and Capstone for Commercial Office Buildings SAE. He also serves on the boards of several closed-ended funds: Egycap Investments Ltd., Castle Property Company Ltd., Tulip Investments Ltd. and Crown Investments Ltd. Similarly, Raafat is on the board of El Badr for Investments & Commercial Spaces SAE, Bisco Misr, Abu Seir Polo Hotels & Resorts SAE, Cairo Housing & Development, Boundary Investment Management Ltd and Iconic Capital Investments Ltd.
From 1991 to 2013 Raafat served in different positions at Concord International Investments LP. During that period Raafat co-founded the Concord office in Egypt. From 2001 to 2013 Raafat was vice chairman of Concord International Investments Egypt, and from 2003 to 2013 chairman of Concord Corporate Finance & Securities SAE, an affiliate of Concord International Investments. During 20 years at Concord, Raafat raised funds for listed, mutual and private equity funds in the Middle East, Europe and Canada, while concluding several mergers and acquisition whether through private placements or IPOS.
Raafat was chairman of the Cairo & Alexandria Stock Exchange from 1997 to 1998 and served as advisor to the Board of the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange from 2003 to 2006. For three years up to March 2007 Raafat served as non-executive director and chairman of the Audit Committee at Barclays Bank, Cairo. Raafat also served on the board of Mercury Ltd. Board and Misr Clearing Securities Company MSCD.
Raafat joined Kidder Peabody in New York in 1974 becoming a partner in 1982; appointed branch manager in London in 1980-86 responsible for the Middle East.
Raafat holds an MBA from McGill University (Canada) and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Cairo University (Egypt).
